Busy Independent Automotive Repair shop seeking a full time Service Writer for Mondays through Fridays. Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and honest, have a professional appearance, exceptional customer service and phone skills. Prefer someone with Service Writer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet patrons and accurately record their vehicle concerns.
- Answer the phone throughout the day / Schedule work.
- Order parts for Work Orders.
- Create Work Orders with specific details for mechanics.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Contact customers for approval for additional work or cost beyond what was brought in.
- Accept payments from customers.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Maintain professional and friendly demeanor.
