Northwest Farm Credit Services Auto Renewal Specialist in Spokane, Washington

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of an Auto Renewal Specialist to join our Lending Programs department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Director, Operations and supports the centralized auto renewal team, working within defined process and procedures to support the auto-renewal of small operating loans. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position i Spokane, Washington is: Level I: $38,000 - $55,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Level II: $42,000 - $63,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Level III: $46000 - $69,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary. Job Requirements Approve and/or book loan renewals for small operating loans. Input renewal servicing actions and loan information into nCino with high degree of accuracy. Perform required due diligence actions of loan applicants including credit reports and other documentation. Pull and/or review eligibility reports for small operating loans. Track auto renewal actions utilizing Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service through digital and phone interactions. Adhere to loan compliance policies and procedures including timeline and communicate with the customer. Complete post-closing review and final loan certification. Responsible for communicating with branch staff when additional support is needed. Handles customer information with a high degree of confidentiality. Ensures appropriate information security protocols are followed in order to prevent unauthorized transactions or releases of information. Complies with association documentation expectations, procedures, laws and regulations. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent experience The ability to effectively learn and utilize a wide variety of systems/software Knowledge and demonstration of excellent customer service skills Ability to understand and complete credit and financial documents Preferred Requirements At least two years' relevant experience in lending, banking, or a related field. General knowledge of credit investigation and verification practices. Knowledge of credit investigation and verification practices.
