Job Summary: The Assurance PMO Manager provides guidance on Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines to firm strategy and quality standards, and is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of audit and assurance projects. The Assurance PMO Manager will also provide Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and quality standards to Audit clients. Job Duties: Identifies project deliverables, sets timelines, allocates resources, develops project plans, and works with project stakeholders and clients to address concerns, understand their requirements, and manage expectations Leads and manages project teams on deliverables within client budget guidelines, prioritizes and assigns tasks, and ensures effective collaboration Monitors key performance indicators, tracks project progress, and generates regular reports providing updates on project status, risks, and quality assurance activities Conducts regular project reviews and communicates the status of projects in both formal and informal settings Identifies and resolves issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables Monitors and analyzes project metrics and outcomes to identify weaknesses or problems, and propose operational improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, cost savings, etc. Improves project outcomes by analyzing gathered feedback and implementing changes Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides instruction and coaching in Project Management skills to Assurance Seniors and Associates, facilitating learning through practical experience Reviews work prepared by Associates and Senior Associates and provide guidance in areas of improvement Acts as a Career Advisor to Associates and Senior Associates Schedules and manages workload of Associates and Senior Associates Provides verbal and written performance feedback to Associates and Senior Associates Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: Bachelor's Degree, required Master of Business Administration, preferred Experience: Six (6) or more years of progressive Auditing experience, required License(s)/Certification(s): CPA, preferred Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred Software: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required Experience with Power BI analytics preferred Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Displays superior verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Analytics, Collaboration and Automation technologies Demonstrates ability to successfully collaborate with others across segments at all levels Ability to successfully multi-task in a deadline driven environment and cope with ambiguity Possess client development/relationship-building skills Possess executive presence - need to be able to be a contact for the client, prepare and present presentations to clients and potential clients Elite organizational skills and attention to detail Actively participates in career development of others as coach or mentor Travel required Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. California Range: $112,000 - $138,000 Colorado Range: $90,000 - $110,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $105,000 - $150,000 Washington Range: $100,000 - $106,000 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by law.
