The BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement Specialist serves primarily as an enabler of change, working directly with practice professionals to drive the digital transformation of the assurance practice from the ground up, including developing strategies to accelerate our digital transformation, deploying programs and initiatives that drive the use of our BDOADVANTAGE platform and supporting the upskilling of our BDO Team members. The BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement Specialist will report to the National Leader - BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement to deliver hands on coaching and development of the Assurance Practice to leverage, optimize, and enhance BDOADVANTAGE, our suite of digital audit tools. Job Duties: Actively engages with Operational, Technical and Industry Leadership Deploys new technologies within the BDOADVANTAGE suite Optimizes the use of existing technologies Develops a deployment plan for National Training and Market Workshops to enhance the skill set of the BDO Team members Develops and deploys a marketing and internal communications plan around BDOADVANTAGE Serves as the first line of defense for BDOADVANTAGE questions from the practice offices Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises and provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates Teaches and coaches associates to provide on the job learning Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting, preferred Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in the public accounting industry, required Experience with leading teams through change, preferred License(s)/Certification(s): CPA, required Software: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required Experience with various assurance applications and research tools, required PowerBI, preferred Language(s): N/A Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong working knowledge of audit methodology, policies, and procedures Outstanding communication, organizational (including multitasking and time-management), client-facing and teaming skills Knowledge of project management and change management core principals Ability to make decisions and deal with pressures of the clients and the practice Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $110,000 - $130,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range:
