Description The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in providing overall leadership and direction for the defined department (s) and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and "Clinical excellence and standards of care." Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
