As an experienced A&P Mechanic, you will support our fleet of RJ85, CL415 and Dash 8/Q400 aircraft with your nose to tail knowledge of general aviation systems. Responsibilities:

  • Field assignments to support customer requirements on a rotation based schedule
  • Inspect completed work to certify maintenance meets all standards
  • Diagnose, adjust, or repair aircraft airframes, propellers, components, avionics, engines, hydraulic system, pneumatic systems
  • Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Valid FAA A&P License
  • Meet all FAA and Company safety requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be willing to work a rotating schedule with field and home base assignments
  • Knowledge of aircraft services and maintenance required to assist in maintaining aircraft in serviceable condition

Preferred Qualifications

  • FAR Part 145 experience is a plus
  • Electrical and Avionics experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Must hold valid Driver License and be eligible for Passport
  • Must be eligible for SIDA badge
  • Must be minimum of 18 years old
  • Be able to move, ascend/descend, balance self in work environment; remain in stationary positions and work from heights.
  • Ability to travel CONUS

The pay range for this position in Washington state is $24.00 - $41.00 per hour; t he hourly rate is influenced by a variety of factors including, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and geographical locations. Employees will be eligible to enroll in the company's medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan with match contributions, company paid life & disability and financial wellness programs.
