What you will do: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Optimization and Administration Ensure that the ERP system, Elixir, and related business processes meet customer service, production scheduling, accounting, inventory, and transportation needs. Coordinate with IT and accounting to monitor, review and assist with usage of Elixir software to ensure system integrity. Develop and participate in optimizing software to its full potential including interactions with other systems used by the company. Ensure that system usage is consistent across all locations and outside warehouses. Ensure the day-to-day functioning and on-going maintenance of Elixir systems and related applications. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of systems. Address questions, concerns, and requests regarding current and future Elixir capabilities in all modules of system. Serve as a business lead for new software releases and coordinate testing within the business teams. System Data and Maintenance Administer data within Elixir system for the Pulp and Paper Division including but not limited to grade codes, freight rates, inventory, customer, production, and warehouse setups. Ensure data is consistent and accurate across all user defined fields in Elixir system Create approval routes and information flows for data additions and changes. Process Improvement and Data Analytics Identify and lead plans to improve information flow, business processes, and operations. Document the business processes needed to interact with the Elixir system Analyze and resolve issues impacting manufacturing, scheduling, transportation, and customer service on a daily and monthly basis Training and Support Develop training manuals and provide training as requested for all division users. Research, implement and train on system upgrades and potential benefits. Serve as a business lead during upgrades and enhancements of Elixir systems. Key Competencies & Attributes Strong understanding of critical financial business metrics; ability to develop and leverage data to quantitively and analytically make business decisions Able to think strategically and act tactically Optimistically looks toward future for opportunities to innovate and improve Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Able to collaborate across multiple disciplines and organizational levels What you will need: Minimum 5 years\' analysis experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system is required. Experience designing and implementing business process improvements required. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing process and inventory systems is preferred. Experience with Elixir preferred Bachelor\'s degree in busi
