Northwest Farm Credit Services AgVision Program Specialist in Spokane, Washington

We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of an AgVision Program Specialist to join our Lending Programs department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP of AgVision and is accountable for providing proactive, timely and high-quality support to the VP of AgVision and the AgVision program, serving as a primary point of contact and representing the program positively and professionally. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: $46,000 - $69,000; bonus at target is 6 or 8% of salary, depending on experience. Job Requirements Assist with meeting coordination and overall AgVision logistics. Process technology and education expense reimbursements for AgVision customers; this includes collecting W-9 and banking authorizations, receipts from customers and branches, coordinating reimbursements with Accounts Payable, and recording reimbursement activity for reporting purposes. Provide support to AgVision outreach and stewardship programs by sorting and logging applications appropriately. Responsible for the administration of AgVision's education incentive programs. This includes, but is not limited to, new registrant communication and uploading credit details and educational submissions to the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Provide support to branches with event registration by coordinating with attendees, supplying event marketing collateral and processing merchandise orders for events. Ensure on-time and accurate Farm Service Agency quarterly reporting by sending quarterly reminders to branches, obtaining confirmation of completion for branches and Audit, and maintaining a roster of active USDA LINC users (United States Department of Agriculture, Lending Interactive Network Connection). Coordinate the AgVision welcome and graduation processes by submitting customer communications, notifying branches and administering the appropriate reporting in the organization's CRM platform. Provide support with regulatory reporting and monthly management reporting for the Farm Credit Administration, AgWest Board of Directors, and Senior Management. Assist with the development of presentations for internal groups and branch staff, providing outreach to external agencies. Serve as a champion and additional resource for AgVision, able to answer questions from other departments and customers when needed. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned.
