Aston Carter is partnering with a financial institution in Spokane that is looking for an administrative assistant. In this role, you will assist with an ongoing project with the marketing department to help with upcoming events and internal projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with the Microsoft Suite

• Workfront exp a plus (or other request tool exp)

• Staying up to date on ongoing projects

• Strong multi-tasking required

• Project admin experience

• 1-3 years of administrative experience

Job Duties:

• provide administrative support to ongoing projects.

• Correspond with legal and other departments regarding upcoming needs.

• Maintain Records and generate reports using various programs.
