Pay Range: $20-$21/Hr DOE

Job Description:

Seeking an amazing mission is looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team! This person will assist with Identifying delinquent receivables using AR Dashboard and other tools as provided. Contacts customers via telephone, email, mail, or fax to collect payments on an accrual basis and not a cash basis. Additionally, inputting debit card transactions and checks into QuickBooks Online. Receiving Check requests for issuing of payments, then enter that information in QuickBooks for payment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with QuickBooks

• 1-2 years of office setting environment

• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Word

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Reconciliations experience

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience

• Payroll familiarity

• College classes or a degree in Accounting/Finance

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
