Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Pharmacy Technician - Administration in Spokane Valley, Washington
Description This position is responsible for assisting the Pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to various Providence ministries under the immediate supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist. The Pharmacy Technician manages 3rd party billing including contacting providers, obtaining contracts, preparing contracts for signature, entering new contract information into the QS1 Pharmacy system, running the audit reports for ECS, reconciling ECS errors, and reporting for A/R so that 3rd Party Payments can be properly reconciled by the A/R department. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Completion of an approved pharmacy technician training program. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License Retail or long-term care pharmacy experience. Experience with third party billing or reimbursement. Why Join Providence?
