Aerotek Hiring For Entry Level Production Worker - With Pay Ranging Upto 18.25$

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Spokane Valley, Washington

Responsibilities:

• Cast ceramic hearth products by lifting and pouring 40lb buckets of mud into molds every 15-20 minutes.

• Paint ceramic products using tools like paint brushes and sprayers.

• Package finished products for shipment.

• Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.

• Follow work orders and manufacturing processes.

• Use hand tools such as drills, scrapers, and bar code readers.

Essential Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a hot and dirty environment.

• Proficiency with hand tools (drills, scrapers, paint brushes, sprayers).

• Capability to routinely lift between 30-40 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with fiber casting.

• Ability to work in heat and handle itchy materials.

• Prior experience in assembly, general production, and packaging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.25/hr.
