Aston Carter Production Coordinator in Spokane Valley, Washington

Job Title: Production CoordinatorJob Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled and organized Production Coordinator to support our dynamic field team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to developing daily and weekly install schedules, monitoring vendor production and delivery schedules, scheduling punch lists and warranty calls, performing onsite job checks, utilizing contractors’ online portals, generating production reports, reviewing and verifying booking data, working with administrative assistant on monthly billing, assigning installations efficiently, reviewing job closeout forms, working with the warehouse and purchasing to keep stock levels adequate, resolving manpower and material shortage problems, assisting production and project managers, developing a recovery plan for scheduling conflicts, assisting in the weekly offload of commercial products, working with management to implement process improvements, and assisting with special projects or additional duties as assigned.
