Passenger Assistance at Spokane International Airport This position requires 2 years of customer service experience. Help passengers with all forms of ground transportation from Spokane International Airport. Answer questions and provide a positive airport experience to the traveling public. Enforce rules of ground transportation with a professional demeanor. Interact with the public daily. Must be able to speak clearly, be outgoing, and friendly. Knowledge of the Spokane area is helpful. This is a high energy position that requires walking and a positive attitude.
