Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This includes working on specific machines, general facilities maintenance, and groundskeeping. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and receive training to handle various tasks, including HVAC maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance functions for the facility.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools.

  • Carry out HVAC maintenance and repair.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.

  • Handle mechanical repairs on equipment.

  • Perform groundskeeping duties.

  • Execute maintenance carpentry tasks.

  • Maintain and repair vehicles as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

  • Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

  • Electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Mechanical repair skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance.

  • Ability to perform groundskeeping tasks.

  • Proficiency in maintenance carpentry.

  • Vehicle maintenance experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
