PPC currently has career opportunities for Loss Prevention Officers in the Spokane Area. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be taught effective methods and skills to detect, apprehend and process shoplifters to prevent theft.
Job Description
- Deter theft and reduce shrinkage in retail store
- Apprehend and process shoplifters
- Maintain site security and watching for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Additional duties as assigned
You Provide:
- Genuine desire and interest in the security industry
- Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically detain others
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills to include word and outlook
- Great communication/writing skills
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors)
- Flexible working schedule to include weekends
- 18 years of age and older
- DRIVERS LICENSE
- Pass pre-employment drug testing
- Starting Wage $17-$20 per hour /DOE
