The individual will be a part of our product selling industry, addressing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries through various platforms like chat, email, and phone calls.

• Show proficiency in handling multiple screens simultaneously while managing customer queries.

• Maintain a calm demeanor and problem-solving attitude while interacting with customers.

• Show expertise in software like Outlook, Excel, and other web-based programs.

• Display adeptness in scheduling appointments and entering orders.

• Exhibit skills in answering inbound and outbound calls.

• Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate customer records.

• Show proficiency in processing customer credit applications.

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette without matching the tone of the customer.

• Show ability in data entry and email correspondence. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently

• Proven experience in a call center customer service role

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively

• High-speed data entry skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry and processing tasks

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and timely

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
