Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Spokane Valley, Washington

Description We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service in the medical field, specifically in areas such as durable medical equipment and supply, pharmacy services, and support for homebound patients. This is a short term contract employment opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries.

• Utilize proprietary software specific to the business, along with MS Office Suite, internet, and insurance portals.

• Maintain and manage inventory, including forecasting supply needs for the upcoming two weeks.

• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.

• Provide technical assistance to customers, demonstrating patience and excellent customer service skills.

• Enter customer data accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date customer records.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate equipment rentals for insurance purposes.

• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

• Collaborate with the team to manage workload and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed.

• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to enhance the overall customer service experience. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Experience in call center customer service or similar roles

• Strong customer service skills with a knack for addressing customer queries and complaints

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience with email correspondence and ability to respond professionally to emails

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry and ability to accurately process customer orders

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Experience with asset inventory and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to assist customers, providing them with product information and resolving issues.
