Compensation for the Customer Service Administrative Assistant
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrative Assistant
- Work closely with Customer Service Department and Director of Business Development to provide clerical support, data entry, and printing of orders
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Deliver packages to Material Services Department
- Product tracking
- Taking detailed phone messages
- Preparing info packets for Customer Relations Reps
- Proofreading correspondence
- Handling customer requests as they come
Additional duties as needed
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrative Assistant
- 1+ Years experience in a fast-paced administrative support role
- Must type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proficient typing / data entry
- Attention to detail
