Humanix Buyer in Spokane Valley, Washington
We are seeking a skilled Buyer to come and work with this fast-paced, well-known manufacturer in Spokane Valley, WA. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of production materials, supplies, and services. You will manage the full life cycle of purchase orders, ensuring that our operations continue smoothly and that materials meet production requirements. Compensation for the Buyer
- $28 -- $32 Per Hour DOE
- Monday -- Thursday, 6am -- 4:30pm

Responsibilities for the Buyer
- Manage the full life cycle of purchase orders (POs), from initiation to completion.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with approved vendors based on manufacturing specifications and schedules.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and quality service.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, and production) to ensure all material requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Research and evaluate new suppliers, setting up new vendor accounts as needed.
- Maintain and update Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the online portal.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing vendor purchase orders and accounting files.
- Assist with accounts receivable, customer contact, and follow-up.
- Full life cycle purchase order management
- Vendor relations and accountability
- Negotiating best vendor terms, pricing, and delivery
- Administrative maintenance with vendor purchase orders
Assisting with customer follow-ups in accounts receivable
Requirements for the Buyer
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous Buying experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Prior administrative or purchasing experience (preferred)
- Epicore experience is a strong plus, as it is currently being implemented in the company
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (including ITAR compliance)
