Work Location:Spokane, WA (Hybrid) Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Brand Loyalty, the Brand Designer will help to bring our brands to life through marketing savvy and creativity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing marketing strategies and creating visually appealing content to enhance the presence of all brands in our portfolio (Hele, nomnom, Par). The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in graphic design, coupled with excellent marketing and communication skills. The Opportunity Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including printed/digital point of sale (POS), social media/website posts, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and logos. Collaborate with advertising agency and local printers on creation and distribution of point of sale printed/digital signage and marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and communication channels via adherence to Brand Guidelines. Manage and organize marketing collateral, ensuring accessibility for team members in our Brand Asset Center (BAC) Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and loyalty initiatives. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing-related events. A day in the life may include creating point of sale materials, internal templates, presentation graphics, website image updates, print and digital ads, infographics, digital assets, and videos to communicate a visual narrative through all communication channels. The Requirements To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Brand Designer opportunity, you will have: Associate's degree or above, or work-related experience in Graphic Design and Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus. Experience with social media management is a plus.
