Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Office Assistant in Spokane Valley, WA.
Your responsibilities in this role are:
Help Accounts Payable: A/P invoice matching & filing, vendor invoices and disbursement filing
Organize documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes
Compose statements and reports that require utilization of a wide collection of sources
Work with Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
General accounting and administrative work
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Enter Invoices experience
Foundational knowledge in Administrative Assistance
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Data entry experience
