ManpowerGroup Sales Manager in Snoqualmie, Washington

POSTING:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong sales experience ‘hunter’ mentality, has technical or engineering background and has experience in leading a team.

The ideal candidate has industry experience in circuit board fabrication, interconnect technologies, or other micro-fabrication processes. In addition, they will be able to learn quickly basic fabrication processes, develop strong relationships, and lead technical teams aimed at solving customer needs that leverage the breadth of the unique product portfolio, while generating a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Salary : $125,000 – 150,000/yr + bonus

Location: Snoqualmie, WA 98065

What’s the Job?

  • Generate, investigate, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities for CIT through appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods. Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets.

  • Build market position and increase market share by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.

  • Achieve growth targets for revenue and profitability.

  • Develop strong relationships with all levels in the customer’s organization.

  • Supervise Inside Sales and Customer Service

What’s Needed?

  • A minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in a business development role, including all aspects of sales development and execution.

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related degree.

  • Experience in the Electronics industry, preferably with flexible or printed circuit boards.
