Position: Sales Rep / Designer at Closets by Design What We Offer: * Flexible schedule with pre-set appointments * Comprehensive sales and design training (no experience necessary) * Travel to clients’ homes to assist with organizational design needs (closets, laundry rooms, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, and more) * Six-month training/transition period with earnings while building your installation pipeline What We’re Looking For: * Excellent people skills * Fun and outgoing personalities * Creative problem-solving abilities * Reliable transportation (sales experience is a plus, but not required) Job Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations with clients, providing design solutions and quotes to meet their organizational needs. * Follow up with customers on additional requests and changes. * A detail-oriented individual who ensures all information and paperwork are submitted with precision and accuracy. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Continuously improve through feedback.
