Job Overview The Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence, is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of advanced quantitative and qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions and approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. By leveraging AI and visionary thinking, this position will lead the design and development of innovative reporting structures and interfaces, as well as the administration of standardized reports to be utilized cross-functionally. The Principal Analyst will present advanced business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, and business. Job Responsibilities: Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. SnowFlake, DataBricks, MSQLS, Splunk, etc ). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. PowerBi, Qlik, Tableau, etc). Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management. Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include descriptive and predictive reports and modeling. Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design Provide analysis for National, Regional, and Market teams in addition to Cyber, Critical Facilities, Customer Care, T-Mobile For Business and more Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms. Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes Education: Bachelor's Degree CompSci, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or similar degree (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience with business intelligence tools. (Required) 7-10 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization & Database(Tableau; PowerBI).
