Senior IT Business Analyst

Analyze, specify, propose and partner with subject matter experts to define best solutions to meet business needs. Define ideal and practical business D365 Finance and Operations system solutions driving standardization. Gather requirements and create functional designs that solve complex ERP requirements or challenges. Work with key users to further optimize system usage and best practices within existing system functionality. Participate in D365 Finance and Operations strategic ERP deployments and develop improvements. Accurately resolve and document D365 Finance and Operations system changes and issues. Use formal methodology to drive solutions. Reinforce business drivers that promote the usage of standard functionality and standard process. Support continuous improvements events providing a combined view of business and system processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or closely related field.

2. Three (3) years of experience as an IT business analyst in D365 Finance and Operations supporting D365 ERP implementations.

3. Additional experience must include:

• supporting major D365 F&O ERP upgrades and/or implementations.

• developing comprehensive business requirements, functional design documents, report design documents, completing impact assessments, and contributing to business cases that identify value of the change.

• Inventory management, creating purchase orders and sales orders, procurement and sourcing, and quality management and quarantine management in Trade and Logistics

• understanding of data integrity and audit / compliance procedures.

• Techno-functional knowledge with D365 for Finance and Operations.

• relational databases (MS-SQL) and client-servers concepts.

• SQL, Access and Excel knowledge for extracting or manipulating data for ad hoc analysis.

4. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
