OSW Equipment & Repair, LLC, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, is the largest truck body and trailer manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest. OSWs main facility is located in the Maltby area in Snohomish County. OSW and has been in business for over 20 years and has branches in Edmonton, Canada and Tempe, Arizona.

As a Document Control Specialist on our growing team, you are contributing to the success of the company by creating, modifying, and maintaining job packets, codes and Bills of Materials to support manufacturing, support order management, and track material requirements and costs as part of the organization's Engineering department. Duties/Responsibilities:

- - Create and appropriately distribute job packets.

- - Responsible for reviewing sales orders and creating the Bill of Materials (BOMs) for them.

- - Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records.

- - Ensure production requirements are met in a timely manner.

- - Create BOM, drawing packages, routers for production, and make any necessary routing changes.

- - Understand cost impact of changing BOMs and items as well as impact on production use, inventory values, and variances.

- - Facilitate discussions as required to resolve issues relating to item creation and maintenance of documentation.

- - Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- - Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- - Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite or related software, specifically Excel.

- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

- - High school diploma or equivalent required.

- - Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Additional Job Information:

- - Wage Expectations: $24 - $29 per hour

- - Pay: This is a non-exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis

- - Typical Schedule: Five (5) Eight (8) hour days M-F

- - Location: On Site 20812 Broadway Ave; Snohomish, WA 98296

- - Travel: Very minimal to none
