Responsibilities

Make a real difference in the lives of patients! As our Clinic RN Supervisor in Franciscan Cardiovascular Associates in Silverdale, WA, you'll orchestrate seamless, high-quality nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians and staff. Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve excellence, all while enjoying the benefits of free parking and a schedule free of weekends and holidays.

Essential duties:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses.

  • Oversee clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Provide direct patient care (vital signs, medication administration, etc.).

  • Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and budget.

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education/ Work Experience:

  • Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing required.

  • BSN preferred.

  • Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred.

  • Within the last five- (5) years, three- (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five- (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

  • Current WA State license as RN required.

  • Must have a current ACLS and CPR certification.recognized by the American Heart Association.

Pay Range

$42.69 - $61.91 /hour
