Responsibilities
Make a real difference in the lives of patients! As our Clinic RN Supervisor in Franciscan Cardiovascular Associates in Silverdale, WA, you'll orchestrate seamless, high-quality nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians and staff. Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve excellence, all while enjoying the benefits of free parking and a schedule free of weekends and holidays.
Essential duties:
Lead and manage a team of nurses.
Oversee clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide direct patient care (vital signs, medication administration, etc.).
Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and budget.
Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Other: Performs related duties as required.##MISSIONCRITICAL
Qualifications
Education/ Work Experience:
Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing required.
BSN preferred.
Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred.
Within the last five- (5) years, three- (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five- (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
Current WA State license as RN required.
Must have a current ACLS and CPR certification.recognized by the American Heart Association.
Pay Range
$42.69 - $61.91 /hour
