Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator supports established partnerships across the HR function with multiple Centers of Excellence to deliver value within a unit, facility, market, or division. Reponsible for supporting and providing a positive employee experience through onboarding as well as aligning processes to support manager and employee self-service transactions, while ensuring integrity of data maintained in various systems.

Every day you will be the go-to contact for employees when they need answers or solutions. You’ll help them understand and navigate the total rewards programs enhancing their overall employee experience. You will also be the first person welcoming our new employees into our hospital by making sure they have their badge, parking pass and I9 documents.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high level of compassion and intuition which helps you better understand our people and their needs. As the first point of contact for issues and questions, your ability to provide objective feedback and while showing empathy make you the type of HR Coordinator our employees deserve. As a representative of our Employment Engagement Team you must be outgoing and lead the team in obtaining specific goals to help retain and engage our wonderful employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, or Associates Degree with one year of relevant experience, or High School Diploma / GED and three years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$23.87 - $32.82 /hour
