The Doctors Clinic{rel="nofollow noopener" target="blank"} is currently seeking a board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join our healthcare team located just west of Seattle, Washington in the Silverdale Ridgetop West Clinic{rel="nofollow noopener" target="blank"}.
The Doctors Clinic currently has 13 family medicine physicians and APCs and there is a great need in the community to support more! Enjoy a Monday through Friday out-patient clinical practice. Patient volume depends on whether or not you want to do procedures. Including OB through the first trimester is optional and is not required. The call schedule is handled by phone (hospital staffs hospitalists) and would be at least 1:7 or 1:8 depending which site you work out of. There is a great need for family medicine services in the community and a physician can expect to grow a robust practice quickly!

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and genders through all stages of life, diagnose and treat a large variety of different health conditions, and refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment.
Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent degree)
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington
- Completion of residency in Family Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $275,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, training, experience, licensure/certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic's compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification/description, and complies with current PSA agreement.
