[As an Arts Lead, you will assist in planning and implementing a variety of arts programming. If hired, you will create and maintain class schedules and rosters, provide parents with updates on their children's progress, and lead participants while providing instruction. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Prepare lesson plans for assigned participants and areas of responsibility.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Provide curriculum development for arts programming.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of department, center, and community work.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Lead participants in the program. Demonstrate activities and provide directions.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Create a safe, positive and fun environment, and ensure adherence to YMCA policies.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Keep parents informed of performance and changes pertaining to their child's classes.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assist and support leading the arts programs under the directions of program director.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Provide support for performing arts productions, visual arts exhibitions, and events.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
