[The Aquatics Staff Lead is responsible for performing Lifeguard and Swim Instructor duties while creating and promoting a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. If hired for this position, you will also be responsible for leading by positive example when supporting member engagement and safety by maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck and surrounding areas in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
