The Northwest Region Office (NWRO) *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a *NWRO Fleet and Facilities Coordinator (Customer Service Specialist 2) position. This position is located in our Northwest Region Office *in *Shoreline, WA{rel="nofollow"}. Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

Do you enjoy keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained? Do you like helping people navigate an electric charging network to get them where they need to go? Does adjusting staff workstations sound like fun? The Northwest Region Office is seeking a customer service focused person to join our Region Administration team. In this role, you will oversee our general use fleet of vehicles, which will transition to 100% electric by 2035. You will also assist staff with minor workstation adjustments and help surplus equipment that is no longer needed. You will work closely with staff within Ecology as well as collaborate with staff from the Department of Enterprise Services, Washington State Department of Transportation, and external vendors to get the job done.

The Northwest Region Office (NWRO) provides core environmental and natural resources services to seven northern interior counties in western Washington. The office is one of four Region Offices and serves as the base of operations for approximately 230 staff from multiple environmental programs. From this location, Ecology delivers a full spectrum of environmental services including air and water quality protection, water rights administration, toxic site cleanup, hazardous chemicals oversight, shorelines and wetlands protection, spill response, waste management, and environmental monitoring.

Schedules are dependent upon position needs and are subject to change.
