Laila's Adult Family Home LLC Home Care Aide/Caregiver in Shoreline, Washington
- Responsible for assisting vulnerable adults with their activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and assistance to seniors or residents living in the Adult Family Home such as dressing, toileting, feed, personal hygiene, mobility, bathing, dressing, grooming, getting out of bed, standing, walking, or exercising.
- Assist in activities of daily living, providing companionship and care.
- Transport resident from bed to wheelchair as needed.
- Change linens and make bed as needed, and assist in housekeeping.
- Prepare and serve meals and nourishment.
- Prepare resident for sleeping through hygienic and oral care.
- Assist in providing oral medications according to physician's instructions.
- Monitor health status such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, as directly.
- Report any unusual change of medical or physical condition to employer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Nursing or related or foreign equivalent plus twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered and 12 months of experience in care for the elderly.
