Description We are searching for a proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in the water industry located in Shoreline, Washington, 98155, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for managing customer accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound and outbound customer calls with the utmost professionalism.

• Efficiently manage customer accounts including changes in address and emergency contact information.

• Process customer payments promptly and accurately.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and record-keeping tasks.

• Respond to customer inquiries and find suitable solutions related to their accounts.

• Regularly monitor multiple email inboxes and provide timely responses to customer emails and escrow requests.

• Explain billing policies, practices, and regulations regarding rates, billing, payments, etc. to customers.

• Schedule appointments as needed.

• Greet visitors in the lobby and at the drive-up window, directing them to the appropriate person.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring customers' queries and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.

• Prior experience in call center customer service, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer engagement.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.

• Experience in managing email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented responses to customer inquiries.

• Expertise in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation and courtesy.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including data input, spreadsheet management, and basic calculations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed.
