The IT Manager at Little Creek Casino Resort oversees the daily operations, planning, development, implementation, and support of the Casino's Information Systems data center, software systems, and communications systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness of the data center, including security logs, proper backups and restores, equipment maintenance, and operational safety.
• Maintain and optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for all hardware and software applications.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT systems solutions for the organization.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, career development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with the IT Director to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
• Benchmark, analyze, report on, and recommend improvements for the IT infrastructure and systems.
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (eight years in IT management).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
• Experience in data center management.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 or newer, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VoIP phone systems, POS solutions, Player Tracking Systems, basic routing and switching, hardware, and Ethernet standards.
• MCSA Certifications preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and insurability on the Tribe's insurance.
