Little Creek Casino Resort Food and Beverage Supervisor in Shelton, Washington

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our dining and beverage outlets run seamlessly, while fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and guests.
What You'll Do:
- Support Food & Beverage Management in upholding department standards and policies.
- Train, evaluate, and supervise food and beverage team members.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure venues are appropriately staffed.
- Step in as a Food & Beverage Server, Bartender, or Cashier when needed.
- Resolve guest and employee concerns with professionalism and care.
- Oversee inventory processes and create detailed tracking reports.
- Use and train employees on Agilysys POS systems.
- Act as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance when required.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- AA Degree and three years of experience in hospitality/food service, OR five years of progressively responsible Food & Beverage experience.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Washington State Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain).
- Class 12 Mixologist Permit (or ability to obtain).
