Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Facilities Technician I, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and improving our building systems and equipment. Under the guidance of our Facilities Manager and Lead, you'll ensure everything from electrical systems to HVAC units is in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance and repairs across various facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, boiler, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and track labor, parts, and machine history.
• Complete all required maintenance documentation and maintain written logs.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring quality standards for property, product, and people.
• Support specialized tasks in construction, painting, and locksmithing as needed.

Specialized Skills (as needed):

• Construction: Install and repair foundations, walls, doors, and other structural elements.
• Painting: Prepare surfaces, mix and apply finishes, and handle minor repairs.
• Locksmithing: Manage key control, install and repair lockable hardware, and maintain master key systems.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent required. 
• Certification from a college or technical school 
• OR completion of a trade school apprenticeship program with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in one or more of the following trades: construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration*, *card key lock, locksmith, motor and controls
• OR three years' experience in the trades listed above. 
• A combination of education, experience and demonstrated skills may be considered.
• Must pass a background check upon hire
• Valid WA driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Salary Description

$22.39 hourly and up, depending on experience.
