Little Creek Casino Resort is looking for an Entry-Level Revenue Audit Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our revenue audit department. Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee revenue and cage accounting functions, providing guidance and support to audit staff.
  • Training: Train audit staff on new audit procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance with standards.
  • Audit Review: Review audit spreadsheets for accuracy and compliance with GAAP, providing corrective feedback as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries to record revenues and changes in cage, table game, ATM, and ticket redemption kiosk accountability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve auditing processes, proposing changes for approval by Revenue Audit Manager and Controller.
  • Compliance: Support Compliance & Risk regulations monitoring and reporting in accordance with Title 31 Compliance Program and other federal regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise revenue auditors, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations of employees.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve problems effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree with three years' experience in a gaming environment.
  • Prior  supervisory experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with slot accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Salary Description
