Onyx Agronomics Director Of Cultivation in Shelton, Washington
-Direct and supervise all cultivation operations
-Manage and direct production and research schedules
-Direct research projects and train lab staff in required disciplines, oversee facility lab standard certifications.
-Direct the activities of all cultivation management staff
-ensure compliance to all applicable state and federal guidlines within the cultivation department
-Develop and produce approved nutrients and suppliments to reach production goals and standards
