Oracle Associate Instructor-Training in Shelton, Washington

Job Description

Customizes and delivers education services to client.

The Associate Consultant is responsible for coordinating and/or delivering education and training to the client related to Oracle Health solutions and other technology as needed. They are expected to engage with the Information Services team and/or the client to augment product knowledge or accuracy of training/education materials. The associate is expected to maintain an awareness of projects and software changes that will require client communication or training. Control aspects of client training or testing events (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on projects (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, eLearning). Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the client and grow their understanding of basic concepts. Provide support to team members and client partners. Meet Oracle Health, IT Works and client KPI's. Travel as needed.

Work involves independent thinking and activities with strong time management skills. Familiarization with Millennium Foundations and/or healthcare experience preferred. Position will be included in onsite on call rotation.

Responsibilities

Associate is responsible for development and/or maintenance of all training documents, standard communication tools/templates and related data repositories with the aid of available tools and resources.

Associate is responsible for collaboration with team to deliver Information Services newsletter to the client at an agreed upon cadence.

Associate is responsible for maintaining the Learning Journey database and assignments to staff and client ,as appropriate, with assistance from team.

Associate is responsible for collaborating with client on new employees, onboarding training and orientation to ensure client satisfaction and new hire preparedness for use of technology.

Associate will assist in the development and maintenance of standard work/workflow documentation of client processes.

Associate will assist in change education and communication to coincide with projects, system upgrades and updates, scheduled outages or as needed.

Associate is expected to engage regularly with the team and be active in Information Services team collaborations.

Associate is expected to take call, in a rotation, and provide exceptional customer service, utilizing team and existing documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Job responsibilities expected to expand as training and development program stabilizes and additional needs are identified.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
