Kelly Services Direct Hire Forklift Operator in Selah, Washington

Our client is an American food manufacturer and is currently seeking experienced full-time Forklift Operators to join their Selah, WA team. This is a direct hire position that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO benefits and Educational Assistance programs to those that qualify.

Position(s): Forklift Operator

Location: Selah WA

Days: Monday-Friday (Some weekends, OT available)

Shifts 2pm–10pm or 10pm - 6am

Rate of Pay: $16.47/hr (2nd shift) and $16.57/hr (3rd shift)

Duration: Direct Hire


Operate a forklift and perform duties such as: dumping raw products in bins to be processed, tracking the movement of raw products on paperwork, receive products, ship products - transfer, issue, monitor and audit supplies. Keeping the warehouse and other indoor/outdoor environments clean and organized and supplies in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safe operation of the forklift

• Assist with loading or unloading of products

• Scan pallets, count the quantity of products being consolidated or moved, record information

• Communicate and assist shippers with pulling needed products from racks

• Sweep floors and remove debris

• Keep work area clean and rinse when necessary


• Previous forklift experience of 6mons or more

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Ability to communicate in English
