Description

Amazon B2B Payments and Lending is seeking a WW Seller Lending GTM Scaling PM with proven experience in go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The B2B lending category is fast growing and quickly evolving, you will play the critical role of ensuring success of lenders by helping them break through ‘cold start’ in the most crucial stage of their partnership with Amazon. You will be responsible for building GTM strategies, solution localization across WW teams, and leading most complex/highest priority 3PL lending launches that improve seller access to financing. You will thrive in working in cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial management skills, high fluency in demand generation/traffic marketing and have a background in credit and debit cards, payments, financial services, with significant experience in e-commerce.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Amazon's B2B seller lending products, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across Amazon's global marketplace.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across payments, credit, operations, legal, and business development to deliver a comprehensive seller lending experience.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to continuously optimize the seller lending program and enhance the value proposition.

• Drive scaling initiatives to expand the seller lending program's reach and impact.

• Collaborate with local country teams across EU and CN to tailor the go-to-market approach for specific regional markets and seller needs

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and scaling best practices

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret program performance metrics

  • Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Prior experience in financial services/payments, particularly with regards to e-commerce, card payments, network brands, and acquiring

  • Thoughtful leader with a solid understanding of financial services technologies and their intersection with commerce

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
