Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator. As part of our team, the Workplace Experience Coordinator will play an integral role in enhancing the office environment, managing facilities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of workplace services, including concierge, reception/switchboard, room management, and A/V support
• Coordinate and support for setting up event spaces and managing community programs
• Handle employee-facing services and foster a supportive and comfortable atmosphere
• Manage the Slack channel and ensure effective communication within the team
• Conduct building rounds to ensure supplies and refreshments are fully stocked
• Process and resolve any workplace-related inquiries and issues
• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various office functions and documentation
• Assist in the training of team members on procedures and policies
• Perform auditing and supervising tasks when necessary.
Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in data entry tasks
• Familiarity with general office functions
• Experience in maintaining and managing documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in training staff members
• Understanding of procedures and policy making
• Knowledge in handling billing functions
• Experience in materials handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with database management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of insurance protocols
• Experience in supervising a team
• Familiarity with "About Time" software
• Experience in auditing tasks
• Proficiency in receptionist duties
• Knowledge of security protocols
• Experience in dealing with vendors
• Experience in onboarding new employees
• Skill in managing correspondence
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks
