Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Workplace Experience Coordinator to our Seattle office. In this role, you will enhance the overall workplace experience by coordinating various office services and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. Additionally, you will manage key administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the facility. Other responsibilities you will have include: Workplace Experience Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. Manage work orders as needed. Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. Manage office supply and breakroom inventory and upkeep. Assist in coordinating facilities requests. Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction Provide excellent customer service and develop strong internal customer partnerships with key internal clients. Act as a liaison for the Facilities team, assisting with projects and administrative tasks. Communication Communicate with McKinstry departments as needed to achieve shared business objectives. Responsible for communication and sharing of information and best practices across team members. Participate in purposeful outreaching and connecting to departments and regions. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field preferred. Up to 2 years of job-related experience, preferably in office, customer service, or equivalent positions.
