Work you'll do

As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience with workforce and talent strategies and capabilities to optimize business results and worker experience by:

  • Working on future-focused strategic topics such as workforce strategy design and development, workforce planning strategy, workforce planning design, workforce planning implementation with different technologies, and operationalization of workforce planning tasks and activities

  • Applying industry experience to support our clients with crafting and implementing sustainable workforce planning strategies

  • Working closely with a large team to deliver and drive impactful business results for your client.

  • Supporting teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success.

  • Maintaining a hands-on role to deliver high quality and innovative solutions.

  • Building and managing client and internal relationships to contribute to your individual growth and development.

  • Supporting the hyper-growth of the Workforce Planning solution through new business development and eminence creation (e.g., points of view, white papers, solution builds)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Capital consulting

  • 5+ years of experience in project management

  • 5+ years of experience in problem-solving, using structured and logical thinking, combined with expertise in growth strategy development and market assessment

  • 5+ years of experience in oral and written communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint slide building and proficiency in storyboarding

  • 5+ years of experience with collaborative workstyle and ability to effectively work remotely while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating intrinsic motivation, a sense of ownership, and intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting utilizing software or solution accelerators

  • to enhance delivery

  • 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of HR workforce operations functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Planning, Workforce Strategy, Workforce Programs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning),

  • 5+ years of experience operating in or consulting in highly regulated industries, including but not limited to, Financial Services, Media and Telecommunications, Energy and Natural Resources, etc.

  • 5+ years of teaching and mentoring capabilities reflected in effective writing, presentation, one-on-one discussion, and other learning experiences

  • 5+ years of professional experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with competing priorities

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
