Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.As part of a hardworking team, we are seeking an experienced Web Producer to own and drive content production for our family of public websites. In this role, you will lead the creation of design, copywriting, animation, photography and all other creative content from concept to completion. As part of Blue Origin's Marketing Communications team, you'll build strategically focused website content to promote programs, campaigns, employer marketing, and brand. Your work will serve Blue's Origin's business units, sales teams, marketing teams and customer experience teams to take our online storytelling to extraordinary levels.You're a strategic problem solver and planner and have proficiency in a range of modern website practices, including information architecture, user experience, visual layout and design, user interface design, copywriting, SEO, and asset preparation. Your understanding of the web is modern and accommodates best practices for responsiveness, accessibility and load time, and your creativity knows just where to push the limits and explore new territory.You have the ability to direct others with specialized skills in each area, and when needed you can jump into the work yourself. You'll partner with a design team and a developer team to plan and create content for sites including the main Blue Origin website, Club for the Future, Orbital Reef, sales campaign and event microsites, and others. You'll help us create a roadmap that connects our future customers and followers with our products to inspire them to be part of our journey as astronauts and partners, and you innately understand the media needs of a fast-paced, growing space business.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities:Plan our website roadmap and drive its implementationRecommend the right information architecture and build site maps to communicate how content should be organized for our usersStrategically plan web content to achieve media goals for key campaigns promoting company achievements and events. Lead its execution with both internal and external team membersLead the stakeholder approval process for page contentDeliver high quality web page designs to our development teamBalance speed and quality of delivery in a highly dynamic environmentCollaborate directly with stakeholders to generate impactful, on-brand and inspiring website contentDistill and convey complex technical or industry concepts into clear messages for both technical and non-technical readers. Art direct graphics and pair the right visuals with well written copy to communicate our messageManage the work of day-to-day various external vendors including designers, animators, copywriters through completionWork with teams across all of Blue Origin's campusesQualifications:8+ years' experience in the web design fieldHands-on experience with marketing and media campaigns for B to C companiesAbility to present ideas succinctly, professionally, and clearly with team members, vendors and executivesHyper detail oriented, accurate, and thoroughPassion for great communication; art + copyEntrepreneur mentality. Willing to wear many hats and jump in and out of comfort zonesProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud soft
