The global Facebook for Business Web Team runs one of our largest scaled channels which helps support businesses of all sizes.We are seeking a Web Manager to focus on driving the experience for our education and learning efforts. Our team develops innovative and transformative customer-centric web and digital experiences for Facebook for Business and the entire Family of Apps and Services including Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, Messenger Business, Workplace and more.The Web Manager will drive performance and optimization of our largest and most important marketing sites and experiences to enhance skills and training. This individual will partner with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver powerful data-driven insights to drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction and conversion across our marketing websites. This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and move our internal partners’ objectives forward in meaningful ways. This role is focused on the Business Education team, Brand & Creative teams as well as our Technology & Engineering partners, to ensure our web presence effectively tells the Facebook company narrative and brings experiences to life that meet those business objectives and goals.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive transformation of how education is built and distributed across web surfaces

  2. Focus on building new capabilities, experiences, and a roadmap for educational content and experiences across platforms

  3. Lead the execution of education focused website initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, and trends

  4. Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for educational content and experiences

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution

  6. Act as key liaison to web development teams & analytics to ensure website requirements are represented and supported and build deep subject matter expertise in Facebook web technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years experience in website management including driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences

  2. Experience in strategic planning and execution for full-scale global website redesign, rebuild, and optimization

  3. Experience with the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, and budgeting

  4. Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high performing educational web experiences

  5. Experience being a strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences

  6. Experience collaborating within matrixed organizations and inspiring teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects through to success with minimal guidance

  7. Experience with communicating high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences
