The Strategic Account Services (SAS) Product-Tech team seeks to improve the customer experience on by working directly with global Account Managers, RBS, Vendor Managers, Sellers and Vendors to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable global solutions.The SAS Product-Tech team is looking for a passionate, talented and skilled UX designer to help build a lovable experience for our account managers and selling partners that will help us radically improve the selling partner experience and grow the Paid Services business. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, thrives on ambiguity and has a passion for building valuable experiences for their customersKey job responsibilitiesOwn the management of your design projects including process, estimation, prioritization, and measuring the impact of your workDevelop a deep understanding of seller and account manager behaviors and needs using new and best practices that you identify to be most effectiveQuickly and iteratively create flow diagrams, wireframes, and visual design mockups throughout the design processPresent design work effectively to different audiences by addressing customer value, business impact and technical feasibilityCollaborate and communicate effectively across teams and organizations that span design, product, engineering, and leadershipContribute to the strategic goals of the design team by continually improving the way we work and being a vocal champion of UX principles.3+ years of experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer, or interaction designer.3+ years of industry experience in product, and web UX design.Experience conducting user research activities such as interviews and usability testingPortfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices.BA/BS degree in HCI, interaction design, or related field. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments.Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVisionClear and professional communicator: able to contribute to team discussions, ask questions, and provide design guidanceAbility to earn trust and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including engineers, business intelligence and product management.Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environmentAbility to navigate ambiguity and provide attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate your ideasAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
