ManpowerGroup User Study Researcher in Seattle, Washington
Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a User Study Researcher to join their team. As a User Study Researcher, you will be part of the research organization supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: User Study Researcher
Location: Seattle, WA (100% Remote, must be local to Seattle)
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience
What's the Job?
Work closely with engineers, PMs, designers, and data scientists to align on research goals and develop appropriate study designs.
Conduct in-person and remote user studies to gather insights about usability and user experience.
Extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data and recommend actionable improvements.
Mentor other researchers to support the goals of the research organization.
Produce meaningful visualizations and reports of the data, effectively presenting results to diverse audiences.
What's Needed?
4+ years of experience in human-centered research, including designing and conducting user studies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal direction.
Organized, highly attentive to detail, and able to manage time effectively.
